“My lawsuit, as a Black man born in Jamaica and living in the USA for half my life, aims to expose the systemic racism embedded within the U.S. government.”
The ELISA study has been a cornerstone of pharmaceutical research for decades, helping companies develop countless drugs. Even in 2023, the FDA held a seminar highlighting how the ELISA process could speed up the drug application process.
But now that a Black man, Andrew Sinclair, has used the same process to support his natural drink, B4B Earth Tea Immune Support Drink, the U.S. government has dismissed it entirely.
In their rebuttal, the FDA, FTC, and DOJ claimed the ELISA study “does not in any way show that Earth Tea will be an effective treatment for COVID-19.” They dismissed it as “only one very small initial step” and declared it provides “no competent and reliable scientific evidence.” They even questioned the qualifications of the study’s author, ignoring its findings altogether.
Why is the ELISA process valid for pharmaceutical giants but irrelevant when used by a Black entrepreneur to support a natural remedy?
These are the systematic tactics the U.S. government uses to hold back Black people, especially those trying to succeed with innovative, natural solutions.
