On September 13th, 2023 there was a conference with the Plaintiff (FDA,FTC, DOJ) and myself.
What did I learn? Sadly the lawsuit is based on bias opinions. What scientific evidence do the USA Government have to prove their accusations? None
The entire lawsuit is based on a lie. That will be proven in November and hope we will get a decision by then.
We are moving on to discovery where both of us will be requesting information, this will be very, very interesting.
