Update just Received. The plaintiff submitted their expert reports which is based on opinions “no study or evidence” I submitted a motion to dismiss their report but the judge just denied my motion. Fair game. Now their whole argument is that it’s not possible for my product to be effective.
Now I responded to their opinions with scientific evidence now Jan 6 they will respond then I will respond then on Jan 28, 2025 is our next conference and end of discovery. Well let’s see now what the judge will decide.
